    I got myself this lamp for Christmas to help me with my winter blues. When I pulled it out, I was kind of shocked with how big it was and wasn't sure where I'd have room for it...

    But it was perfect on the floor tilting up towards me while reading in the early morning before my car pool arrives. it's my first sad lamp and I found it a bit intense at the start, so I really liked how it had a dimable switch. I started it off at about 50% and increased it every day until I was used to the full intensity after a week. Just another week later I was already feeling so much better and energized! Anyone else I've talked to with a therapy lamp says theirs do not dim, so I know I made the right choice! (Posted on 6/10/11)
