I use this lite almost every day and it has made a positive difference. I've gone from feeling depressed to feeling 'normal' again without using any medication. Definitely worth it. (Posted on 2/15/10)

This was a Christmas gift I purchased for myself. I began using it in my office on Jan 5 and within the first few days, I started noticing a difference in the way I felt. I began feeling 'normal' again and back to feeling positive & optimistic. Usually from the months of December - March, I am sad and depressed and have this overwhelming feeling of hopelessness. What a difference I feel! I would highly recommend this light to anyone who experiences Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). The first time I used it I did not like it as I found it distracting and it seemed to give me a headache. But I continued to use it and now I look forward to turning it on every morning.
