I bought this product hoping that it would help my winter blahs but I really had no expectations. Wow! What a difference I feel about everything! I find my mood is optimistic now and I think this is from the higher level of energy during the day. I get to the end of the day and I still feel like I can do more! My sleep is much better and I awake with no grogginess now. Please give this gift to yourself, you will not be sorry!

I've been using this light for about 20-30 minutes in the morning for about a year. The surprise and fantastic side effect besides lightening my mood is that I am no longer an insomniac. About 3 or 4 nights after I started using it, I started sleeping though the night and sleeping deeply for the first time in many years. And no "hangover" from sleep assisting medications/anti-anxiety drugs. Highly recommend giving it a try. (Posted on 10/17/10)

This was a Christmas gift I purchased for myself. I began using it in my office on Jan 5 and within the first few days, I started noticing a difference in the way I felt. I began feeling 'normal' again and back to feeling positive & optimistic. Usually from the months of December - March, I am sad and depressed and have this overwhelming feeling of hopelessness. What a difference I feel! I would highly recommend this light to anyone who experiences Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). The first time I used it I did not like it as I found it distracting and it seemed to give me a headache. But I continued to use it and now I look forward to turning it on every morning.
